Matt Bruhn

Global CEO & President

Matt shapes strategic direction and drives operational execution.

Matt brings over two decades of global experience in the alcohol beverage industry, with more than a decade based in the USA. He has a track record of groundbreaking innovation, operational excellence, and commercial success.

From 2017 to 2021, he served as President of Pabst Brewing Co, the largest independent brewer in the US. In that role he executed a strategic overhaul, delivered significant EBITDA improvement, and reset the company’s trajectory for long-term success.

Prior to Pabst, Matt held a number of senior leadership roles at Diageo plc, where he managed iconic brands such as Smirnoff and Cîroc globally.

Narelle Bruhn

Chief of Staff

Narelle brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic operator and entrepreneur, with expertise spanning HR, operations, finance, and organizational leadership—paired with a strong foundation in brand strategy and creative direction.

As Chief of Staff, she drives company-wide alignment by optimizing people, processes, and performance.

Narelle is known for building scalable systems, fostering strong team culture, and navigating complex operational challenges with clarity and precision.

Her entrepreneurial background and creative mindset allow her to balance structure with innovation—ensuring the business runs smoothly while the brand continues to evolve and inspire.

Charlie Downing

Head of Marketing

Charlie has spent two decades growing Alc Bev brands alongside CEO Matt Bruhn, and specialises in building brands that are relevant, distinctive and easy to buy.

Charlie led Diageo's global gin portfolio back to share growth after a decade of decline, expanded Pabst Blue Ribbon into six international markets outside USA, and more recently, has partnered with local Australian beer brands to drive short and long term growth.

He brings hunger to get Aussie beer back on the world stage.

Adam Cohn

General Counsel

Adam is a New York City corporate and complex transactions lawyer with a speciality in hospitality and CPGs for emerging companies and mature businesses.

Prior to entering the law Adam spent fifteen years as a chef and restaurateur in the U.S., Canada, U.K and South Africa, although sadly not in Australia. Adam is afraid of sharks but not to an irrational degree.

Andrew Dunlap

Head of Operations

Drew is a 15-year veteran of the food and beverage industry with deep expertise in beverage-alcohol CPG, high-volume hospitality ownership/operations, and leading industry specific start-ups.

Aside from reigniting Australian beer in the U.S. with a previous venture, he co-founded a successful beverage company where they launched a commercially viable American lager brand, and developed multiple launch packages for emerging brands.

Throughout his career, Drew has founded and held executive roles across the U.S. food and beverage landscape, with experience spanning retail, manufacturing, and wholesale.

He brings a proven track record of building, scaling, and operating businesses across the full value chain.

Sean Conley

Head of Sales

Sean has over 20+ years’ experience in hospitality and sales. Specializing in national restaurant chains such as Outback Steakhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings, with a focus on beer-centric sports bars and fast-casual dining across the U.S.

He is responsible for building and scaling a national field sales team across key markets nationwide.

Sean has held leadership roles across all areas of the industry, from fine dining management, to serving as Brand President of a national fast-casual chain, and founding a first of its kind tequila infusion brand.
